Hope on a Windowsill

wish

bone

one

thanks

giving

day

met

another

left        the

year          before

waiting      wanting

wanting          waiting

for that               special

some                           one

to                                   pull

on                                 the

 other                        side.

  4. smiles...nicely done concrete form....we used to dry the wishbone as a child....someone seem to be storing up wishes i would say....smiles...happy thanksgiving

  5. I've never done a (successful) concrete poem, and there are many that - in my opinion - don't quite hit the mark. But this one - this one is good, with the form naturally increasing the tension between the separated words. Well done!
